1. Usage License

GitFlow AI grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for:

• Visualizing GitHub repositories you own or have legal access to.
• Educational and professional analysis of code structures.
• Exporting diagrams for documentation purposes.

2. Limitations

You agree not to:

• Use the service to analyze malicious code or malware with intent to harm.
• Attempt to reverse engineer the AI analysis prompts or backend logic.
• Overload our API endpoints with excessive automated requests (scraping).
• Use the generated visualizations to misrepresent the authorship of code.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on GitFlow AI are provided on an 'as is' basis. Sphere Hive makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, GitFlow AI does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the AI-generated visualizations. AI can hallucinate; always verify critical logic manually.
